How to Pay Your Bill

1. Autopay

  • For your convenience, the City offers autopayment from your checking account for your monthly bill.
  • Autopayments are processed on the 10th of every month
  • To get started, please download and complete the Auto Withdrawal Form

2. Pay In Person

During Business Hours

FYIs

  • Bills are issued the first of each month and payment is due on or before the 10th of each month.
  • Payments received on or before the 10th are on-time.
  • Any payment received after the 10th is considered a late payment and is assessed a $5.00 late fee.
  • Service may be discontinued the last working day of the month if no payment is received and no payment arrangement is made.
  • In the event the water is shut off, water will not be reconnected for 24 hours.
  • A $40.00 water reconnect fee will be assessed to reconnect water service.

New Accounts

Application

To establish a new account with the City of Hull, you will need to submit a complete, signed Utility Application to the City. You can pick up a paper copy at City Hall or you can download and complete the Utilities Form.

Deposit

A deposit is required for all new rental accounts. Deposits are refundable to the account after service is discontinued and all outstanding bills are paid in full.

  • Deposit Fee: $150.00

Water Quality

Consumer Confidence Reports (CCR)

In compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act Amendments, the City of Hull Water Department is providing its customers with annual water quality reports in the form of a Consumer Confidence Report (CCR). These reports explain where your water comes from, what it contains, and how it compares to standards set by regulatory agencies.
